Dancers and volunteers do not need tickets, but all other spectators do.
Costumes:
For Contemporary classes, dancers must have skin-toned turners.
For Hip-Hop classes, dancers must wear sneakers.
For Tap and Jazz classes, dancers must have black dance shoes.
If we have used shoes, they may be borrowed at no cost.

- If a class is $170.00, an additional $85.00 non-member fee is charged.

Class Cancellation Policies:
Elevate Dancers follows both the Hillsborough County Public Schools calendar and the facility closure schedules and will not hold classes if/when the facilities and/or schools are closed or unavailable due to weather, Holidays, elections, special events, etc.
- We guarantee a minimum of 11 classes in the Fall and 15 classes in the Spring semesters
- In the event we fall under the minimum, make-up classes will be scheduled (may not be at your normal location, day of week, or time of your regularly scheduled class). Alternatively, make-up classes may also be held via Zoom.

Registration includes the week of Camp Elevate, performance at the Senior Luncheon, a Camp Elevate T-shirt, Pizza Party Friday, and an invitation to participate in the Temple Terrace 4th of July Parade with Elevate Dancers.
Description:
Camp Elevate is an exciting weeklong adventure filled with games, crafts, group challenges, and of course dancing for campers ages 5 and up. Each day campers will experience a variety of activities and participate in a weeklong team challenge that culminates with Elevate Olympics, where the teams will earn their bronze, silver, or gold medals. Campers will learn dance routines they will perform at the Seniors Luncheon the last day of camp (this is why Friday has different hours). They will also learn a parade routine for the Temple Terrace 4th of July Parade. No dance experience is needed, so grab a friend and sign up for one unforgettable summer experience at Camp Elevate.

We offer a variety of dance styles including Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Contemporary!
We offer classes for children as young as 2 years old, all the way up to adults. We have classes for all skill levels.
Tap and Jazz classes require Black Tap and Jazz shoes.
Hip-Hop requires sneakers.
Contemporary requires Tan half-sole Turners.
If we have any used Tap or Jazz shoes in your size, you are welcome to borrow them for the season at no cost and just return them after the recital.
If we do not have used shoes in your size, we do also sell new shoes and turners at a very reasonable price.
No, anyone may attend classes at TT Rec, however, non members will have a facility usage fee equal to half of the tuition cost. Pricing for membership varies based on residency within Temple Terrace city limits. They have Individual, Family, or just Child/Student membership options offered in annual or 3-month intervals. For pricing information, please call: 813.506.6600.
Yes, but ONLY if your child is already a student at Temple Terrace Presbyterian Weekday School (TTPWS).
Besides tuition, you may need to buy shoes (Tap, Jazz, Turners, etc.) if you don't already have them or if we don't have any used ones in your size for you to borrow. Also, there is a recital at the end of the session. For the recital, you can expect costs for costumes, recital t-shirts, tickets (dancers don't need tickets, only their guests do).
In additional, we do periodically offer OPTIONAL dance opportunities that may have fees associated.
